Q:  Can we supply our own garments?

A:  You are more than welcome to supply your own for us to print on. (note that there are certain garments that we are unable to print on and we will assess a customers own garments when they bring them in). While we make every effort to avoid issues, if a customers supplied garments are not a brand we are familiar with we cannot be held responsible for issues with printing. We will let customers know if we think their will be a problem and what those problems potentially are.  If supplied garments are individually bagged/packed then we also charge a 20c per piece unpacking fee for basic orders.

Q:  What brands of garments can you supply?

A:  Our main and preferred brand is AS Colour. We also source garments from various other suppliers including Gildan, Quoz, Winning Spirit, Qualitops, Aussie Pacific, Ramo, JB's Wear, and Biz Collection for certain products.

Q:  Can you get Australian made garments?

A:  While most suppliers stock imported garments, Qualitops produce their own products here in Melbourne.

Q:  What payment methods do you accept?

A:  We only accept cash, bank transfer. We do not have any EFTPOS or credit card facilities.

Q:  Do you have a minimum order requirement?

A:  No we don't. If you're only after 1 or 2 prints we will happily do that for you.

Q:  Can you organise delivery to us?

A:  Yes. We can organise a courier for Australia wide deliveries. Costs are calculated based upon size, quantity of boxes and location.

Q:  How many colours can you print?

A:  For garments we can print up to 7 colours (subject to seeing artwork).

Q:  How large can you print?

A:  On garments we can print up to roughly 360mm wide x 460mm tall.

Q: How can I best care for my garments?

A: To ensure you get the most life out of your garments/prints, wash them inside out with like colours and never iron over a print.

Q: What is your turn around time?

A: Our standard turn around time is 12-14 business days. Some can be done sooner depending on the quantity and work involved.
