Payments:

We only accept cash, or bank transfers for payments. We do not have any credit card or EFTPOS facilities. We also require a minimum of a 50% deposit when we order garments before we proceed, and all jobs must be paid on completion unless otherwise organised.

Garments:

While we make every effort to avoid issues, If customers supply their own garments which we are not familiar with, we can't be held responsible for issues with printing. We will notify customers if we think there may be an issue and let them decide if they wish for us to proceed.

If a customer’s supplied garments are individually bagged/packed/folded and/or need sizings to be checked, we will charge a 20 cents per unit unpacking/checking fee.

Quotes:

Quotes are subject to change based on seeing final artwork and garments.

Rush Jobs:

If there are jobs that are extremely urgent (needed within 5 business days) a 30% rush fee will be added to the total order if we can accomodate. Customers will be notified of this and can decide if they wish to proceed.

Marketing:
